Okay, what’s more frustrating for an Amherst boy like me:
- That the Democrats hemmed and hawed and actually compromised and negotiated with only themselves and didn’t get health care passed before this…
- That the Republicans are celebrating their ability to be a minority Stop sign for progress…
- That Ted Kennedy’s death ended the chance for the legislative dream of his life…
- That 41-59 is enough to stop health care, i.e., saving lives, but 50-50 couldn’t stop tax cuts, torture, wiretapping, and war…
- That ‘we’ got a year, and ‘they’ got 8…
- That I alternately say “it’s time to play dirty, too” and “I don’t give a rat’s ass”…
- That giving up and being disengaged and pursuing my own self-interest would give the Rs a double win…
- That caring so much in lieu of doing other things may not be the best choice, either…
- That the Patriots lost in a similar thud-wtf-it’s-over fashion…
- Or what?

Yes, that Kennedy’s death made this possible is
quite ironic. Damn you, Irony!
Maybe the curse of the Red Sox never really left, it
just took a new host.
Why is it that Mr. Brown’s past as a soft-core porn model
was never really an issue, but let one stray nude photo
from “that crazy night in college” find its way onto
my company laptop, and it’s suddently “automatic
grounds for termination”?
